My Sunshine in Chinese Silks...

I have been wanting to get a few photos of Miss M. in her Chinese silks. I have been putting it off for weeks, but today it finally happened. Miss M. is probably one of the most difficult children I have ever photographed. She is photogenic but most often refuses to look at the camera. I have soooooo many pictures of her with her eyes closed, funny faces, looking down or just plain not looking at me. But today! Today, she decided that she wanted to have her photo taken! Hallelujah!!! So I was able to capture a few treasures!! What a gorgeous little girls she is! As a side note, the photos with the best smiles were after we sang our favorite song together. {Two Years Ago}-Referral Day

We celebrated our referral of Maddie with a photo of her with her referral photo. I love the idea of seeing how much she changes every year. It has been such a joy to watch her bloom from a little infant to toddler and now seeing the begininng of little girl. I would be lying if I didn't say it makes me a bit sad at how fast she is growing and changing. As you can see, she wasn't quite as cooperative as last year!
